Senior Executive Leadership Coach

Kylie is a learning and development specialist. She is respected for her 20 years work in skills development and training, in both the public and corporate sectors. She brings excellence in strategic and project management, facilitation, coaching, quality management systems development, materials development and assessment design to the team. She obtained her BA Education and BA Honours degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a registered Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator. Together with her associate, Dr John Thurlow, she developed the EvolvEQ assessment, training and coaching tool.

Kylie has served on various Education, Training and Skills Development committees including the Accreditation Committee of Council for Umalusi, The Learning Academy Worldwide and The Humanity Initiative. Kylie’s extensive facilitation experience includes a wide range of specialities and is not limited to: Business Communication, Sales Training, Customer Service Excellence, Business Ethics and Etiquette, Conflict Management and Assertiveness, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, Quality Assurance and Management, Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace.
