Ronelle registered as an industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa in 1998. An early interest in the use of assessment tools led her to specialise in the use of assessment tools for the identification and development of work related skills and abilities and over the last nine years she has been able to develop these skills in some of the best known
consulting firms in the industry. Ronelle has extensive experience in the design of Assessment Centres. During the course of her work she has developed a number of competency-based assessment tools for use across different contexts and has also earned accreditation to use various psychometric tools with the view to providing a holistic and integrated approach to
assessment. Given Ronelle’s work with senior managers she has evolved an interest in the development of leadership ability and is currently focusing on using the assessment and development of Emotional Intelligence to this end. Ronelle joined the Image Excellence Group in 2006.
