Thuli’s immense experience in the national corporate retail and Learning and Development environment over the last 20 years has equipped her to acquire various skills including and not limited to designing Learning and Development programs at a strategic level, developing a purposeful culture of alignment and engagement to achieve organisational goals, retaining talent within a South African multi-cultural organisation, and developing leadership skills for clients who want to become brand ambassadors of their organisation. She has also been a full time Leadership Coach and Facilitator for corporate organisations from various environments such as Engineering, Mining, Retail, Insurance and Finance. Thuli is currently busy with her Masters in Technology and Innovation through the Davinci Institute which allows her to research various trends on leadership development skills. Thuli’s knowledge in national corporate retail and experience as a Leadership Coach makes her a valuable asset to the IE Group team.
