Linda is a qualified, practicing Leadership and Business Coach, who has gained extensive experience coaching and consulting to individuals at all career stages. Over the years, she has specialised in organisational solutions, including systems intelligence, leadership and team development.
Linda obtained her MBA in 2007 at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and is a Practitioner Member of COMENSA. Linda has also been invited to join the Forbes Coaches Council (an invitation-only community of senior coaches), where she is now an Official Member.
From a skills perspective, she is certified as an Enneagram Practitioner, Organisational Relationships and Systems Coach, assessing Leadership Maturity, as well as trained in the work of Brene Brown, Dare to Lead.
She has over 15 years of experience in the corporate world in areas ranging from Corporate Strategy, Strategic Project Management, Talent and Performance Management, Finance, Process Optimisation, Risk Management, Vendor Management, to Information Technology. She has operated as a Business Consultant over the past 10 years, engaging with organisations in developing and executing their Business Strategy, and putting together interventions for cascading this strategy throughout the business. This includes optimising Performance Management, Standard Operating Procedures and Processes, as well as Change Management and Culture interventions.
Linda lectures at various Business Schools on subjects including Business Communication, Project Management, and Management and Leadership. These roles are now being executed in conjunction with her role as Professional Coach and Facilitator. Her experience in these sectors enables her to design and execute programmes across a range of topics including but not limited to: Strategic Planning and Execution, Enneagram Personality Profiling, Project Management, Effective Business Communication, Systems Intelligence, Stress and Conflict Management, Art of Goal Setting, Time Management, Resilience, Self-Mastery, Career Workshops, Work Readiness and Work Integration Programmes, Building Leadership Intelligence, Leader as Coach and Courageous Leadership.
