Social Intelligence is essential for interpersonal fluency. In a world driven by technology, most of our communication takes place online because of convenience and cost-effectiveness. Overtime, however, this has resulted in what psychologists call social corrosion. The nature of online communication is impersonal and one way without much feedback or connection.
