Social Intelligence is essential for interpersonal fluency. In a world driven by technology, most of our communication takes place online because of convenience and cost-effectiveness. Overtime, however, this has resulted in what psychologists call social corrosion. The nature of online communication is impersonal and one way without much feedback or connection. This means we are losing the ability to read non-verbal behaviours, sense emotional cues and discern tone of voice. The Social Intelligence module will help bring back and enhance your direct communication and connection during conversation.
