  10. The customer experience is key in building the brand of the company for referrals. Ensure your frontline staff and customer service staff are professional and represent the brand in a positive light.

  11. Your brand ought to be linked to organisational goals and objectives which are communicated throughout the organisation.

  12. Social Etiquette and expected behaviours from staff should be well defined and practised.

  13. Reinforce a winning attitude that speaks to your organisation’s ability to practice resilience regardless of the challenge of the circumstance.
