His current client portfolio includes the CEO of a major medical supply company, with whom he has developed a long-standing coaching relationship focused on managing executive anxiety and enhancing leadership relationships. Chris also works closely with the Country Manager of a leading e-commerce platform, supporting her in optimizing team management strategies while developing personal resilience and stress regulation techniques under high-pressure conditions. In team coaching, Chris facilitates transformational Enneagram workshops that unlock team dynamics and communication patterns, as well as organizational health interventions based on Patrick Lencioni’s proven frameworks for building high-performing, cohesive teams.
