| PREVIOUS BACKGROUND
Andy has over 30 years of senior management experience (both as a GM and as a Business Owner), the majority of which was spent in the MedTech Industry in a corporate setting for the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of equipment and materials, Dentsply Sirona. This meant a great deal of networking with Healthcare Professionals, Senior Executives of Listed Medical Companies and Leaders of Educational Institutions in Sub-Saharan Africa and Israel. Much of Andy’s career has involved leading and growing businesses, developing teams to support these businesses, and building a strong reputation for service excellence. Andy is also an avid Bonsai grower, who is passionate about the art of Bonsai and how lessons and metaphors can be drawn between Bonsai, Life and even Integral Coaching. COACHING WORK Andy has been primarily coaching senior Business Leaders, Business Owners and Health Care workers (Doctors) who are often dealing with challenges in leadership, direction, navigating through a crisis or a setback, personal growth, maintaining balance or struggling with the lonely place leaders often find themselves in. The gift I bring to each session is – holding my clients, listening with my heart and really being present for them, exploring the whole person in their journey of development and growth. I find great joy seeing my clients shift, grow and develop in their personal journeys and I have the privilege to walk a while with them into a new state of being. Andy’s mission as ‘The Pathfinder’, is to Inspire, support and empower business leaders, medical practice owners and private individuals in their developmental journey, both as a coach and as a business leader. Andy sees coaching as a higher calling to unlock his client’s true potential and passion through the power of Integral Coaching.
