QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
Laura obtained her BA degree in 2004, specialising in Industrial Psychology and Organisational Development (OD). She holds a GIBS certificate (Gordon Institute of Business School) in Professional Coaching as well as in Gestalt and Change Management. Her thesis on Effective Communication was written for the London Trinity College (LTCL)(ATCL). Transitioning from OD to Executive Coaching, she acquired certificates in Systemic Team Coaching, Ontological Coaching as well as the Blueprint toolset (an assessment based on Neuroscience and technology that plots leadership and organisational values).
Laura begins with a pathfinder conversation based on the ICF standards, which informs the flow & structure enabling leaders to co-create measurable outcomes. Her relational approach supports clients in their personal mastery journeys, empowering them to make transformative choices and live a more fulfilled, balanced lives, one conversation at a time.
Using the enneagram team assessment, she collaboratively unpacks data guiding her clients through their insights towards their personal & professional aspirations. Laura inspires teams to work collaboratively through challenges, manage their conflict constructively, move beyond their comfort zones and live less stressed lives while pioneering uncharted territory.
Laura has worked strategically with managers to design mentoring programs, supporting staff in career growth. Laura delivers talks and offers group coaching on relevant topics and has also volunteered with entrepreneurs, facilitating constructive discussions and solutions.
Laura acts as a catalyst in shifting personal & organisational culture by understanding leaders’ approach, motivation and concerns. She uses the enneagram professional assessment, team report and various Prosci tools to engage teams, understand resistance, and consolidate tactics for change.
Laura employs the cultural blueprint assessment, to gather data on company’s’ values, leadership philosophies, and levels of trust & engagement. Patrick Lencioni’s 5 dysfunctions of a team is incorporated in the questionnaire. Following a company-wide survey, she conducts interactive feedback workshops with executives and their first-tier teams to unpack the comprehensive report and co-create ways to engage their stakeholders effectively.
