A Corporate Brand is critical in developing a positive reputation. People associate quality and value with the way an organisation presents itself and the manner in which it conducts business. Customer service, branding, employee training and development and corporate social investment, amongst others, all contribute to marketing an organisation in a positive light. The organisation should have a clearly defined identity of its own and this should be consciously filtered down to employees who then become powerful brand ambassadors.
