EvolvEQ™ developed from an awareness that emotional intelligence has become a critical job skill, required by all employees, at all job levels, in all workplace environments across the globe. The recent World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report indicated that emotional intelligence will be one of the top ten job skills in 2020. Companies are therefore focusing on recruiting emotionally intelligent candidates and developing their existing employees’ levels of emotional intelligence. EvolvEQ™ recognises that improving one’s emotional intelligence impacts directly on both personal growth and career development.
Through the EvolvEQ™ assessment, training and coaching programme you will clearly understand your current level of emotional intelligence and identify the key areas which need to be developed in order for you to become a highly emotionally intelligent individual.
The programme has been designed to assist you in recognising your key areas of emotional strength and the areas that need development.
We have identified two primary areas of impact and focus: Self-EQ and Social-EQ. We call these two areas “strands”.
On completion of your EQ assessment, you will receive a report containing your EQ results. Your overall score is a combination of your Self-EQ and your Social-EQ scores. Your Self-EQ strand and your Social-EQ strand each comprise three codes. There are therefore six codes in total. Each code is unlocked once you have discovered 5 keys.
