We spend more than 50% of our time at work. For this reason, we have a responsibility to make it as productive, meaningful and enjoyable as possible. We need to make it great work that will sustain us and bring joy.
In this module we will excavate the difference between bad, energy draining, bureaucracy, wasteful processes of numbing inefficiencies and good work – everything in between – and great work which is inspirational, meaningful and makes a positive impact. Maps will allow you to reflect on your situation systematically and define a process for you to achieve great work.
