Whole Brain Communication

The concept of whole brain communication is based on work of Dr Kobus Neethling who recognised that everything we do starts with our brain and how we think, the way you see the world, respond to others, make decisions, communicate, choose careers, manage people and bring up your family. To understand this, he developed a tool known as the Neethling Brain Instrument which is used to ascertain your unique thinking preferences. By knowing and acknowledging your brain preference, you can align your preferences with skills, tasks and communication behaviour within the work context that will energise instead of drain you. Developing better relationships, making more dynamic contributions and making sound and relevant decisions are but a few advantages when understanding your own thinking profile. A person’s thinking preference is divided into four different thinking quadrants and eight sub-categories.
