Lineo has over 30 years’ experience as a group relations and organisational development consultant. Lineo started her professional career as a marital therapist, however her career trajectory was greatly influenced in the late eighties by the Tavistock Model which uses the system’s psychodynamics approach. This approach makes it possible for leaders and organisations to explore both conscious and unconscious dynamics within the work environment. Lineo has worked with leaders and in organisations as a consultant with both local and international consultants using this approach.
