Increasing Consciousness

    1. A thought is a “Thing” – a “Bullet” it manifests into reality.
    2. As you expand your consciousness, you raise the consciousness of everyone around you.
    3. “Everything is energy – match the frequency of the reality you want and you can’t help get that reality. This is not philosophy, its physics.” Albert Einstein
    4. Surround yourself with people who have what you want. We absorb information through more than the mind – we get things by “osmosis” through the heart, body and soul.
    5. “You are only subject to what you hold in mind. You are only subject to a negative thought or belief if you consciously or unconsciously say that it applies to you.” David Hawkins
    6. Sometimes challenges don’t need solutions – they need an empathetic ear, not action. Being fully present and listening is a more powerful way of helping someone.
    7. Being grateful is one of the most powerful ways of attracting more of what you want to be grateful for.
    8. If you are not focused and present with people – it’s discouraging. They can lose motivation. People know immediately if you are not present and focused.
    9. Being conscious and present is the cornerstone of getting the most out of life.
    10. By becoming conscious and being grounded in your body you are connecting to your environment. It can clear your mind, recharge your energy, strengthen your instincts and calm your emotions.
    11. By being present, you can create a safe space for people to air their frustrations and process their problems, without offering a solution to the problem. This will increase connectivity and harmonise relationships.
    12. Hope is powerful. When you have hope in your heart no-one can take it away from you or destroy it.
    13. When you use effective body alignment and posture, it activates positive chemicals in the brain and enables higher functioning processes – which can lead to great openness, honest and emotional expression and confidence.
    14. “When we are really honest with ourselves we must admit our lives are all that really belong to us. So it is how we use our lives that determines the kind of men we are.” Cezar Chavez
    15. “You know that our breathing is the inhaling and exhaling of air. The organ that serves for this is the lungs that lie around the heart so that the air passing through them thereby envelops the heart. Thus breathing is a natural way to the heart. And so, having collected your mind within you, lead it into the channel of breathing through which air reaches the heart and together with this inhales air, force your mind to descent into the heart and to remain there.” Nicephorus The Solitary
    16. “Being Mindful helps you to become familiar with the workings of your mind, to put you in touch with a different way of knowing yourself and the world, to notice small beauties and pleasures in the world around you instead of living in your head, to be kind to yourself instead of wishing things were different all the time or driving yourself to meet impossible goals, to accept yourself as you are, rather than judging yourself all the time” www.mbct.co.uk
